The Infra-Red chip (16C54A) on the Adaptec AVC-2410 is being mis-read as a tuner when ivtv loads the tuner module. This may become a more common problem in the future as the I2C address range in the tuner module is increased as support is added to the tuner module for more Video Capture cards. The current work around for this is: modprobe tuner ignore=0,0x6b This stops the address 0x6b from being probed by the tuner module. |
