Hello

Is there Anywhere a better explanation of this Options and controls.

for example: 

   MPEG Encoder Controls:  stream_type (menu) : min=0 max=5 default=0 value=0 flags=update

OK its's a Value, that can be any number from 0 to 5, but what do this numbers mean ????????

Please add example usage. For instance: -selecting svideo and RCA audio -selecting for dvd quality -anyothers that anyone can think of
